Mekah is a Payómkawichum jeweler and model, born and raised in Southern California and a proud tribal member of the Pechanga Band of Indians.
Drawing from a global perspective shaped by her studies in design across New York City, London, Rome, and Tokyo, her work reflects both cultural depth and technical refinement. Integrating techniques learned across continents, she hand-fabricates pieces in authentic silver and ethically sourced gemstones, creating work that carries the strength, resilience, and legacy of her family through each design.
Alongside her work as a jeweler, Mekah is a model and dancer who thoughtfully uses her voice and platform to support charitable initiatives, continuing her grandmother’s nonprofit efforts.
