Margaret Faliano (she/her) is a breakthrough Indigenous model, campaign manager, keynote speaker, and more.
As an enrolled citizen of the Chippewa Cree Tribe of Montana who grew up in the Pacific Northwest, Margaret graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. & B.S. in Business Administration & International Studies and currently resides on the traditional homelands of the Mohican and Munsee Lenape peoples in the NYC metropolitan area. As an urban Native, Margaret has always yearned to see accurate and contemporary Indigenous representation in society, especially in politics, media, and fashion and has modeled on the runway for Native designers such as Jontay Kahm, Patricia Michaels, Sky Eagle Collection, Kayla LookingHorse, Rebekah Jarvey, M.O.B.I.L.I.Z.E., Jillian Waterman, and others across the United States. Margaret was featured in the inaugural U.S. Indigenous Fashion Week for Victoria’s Arctic Fashion & Patricia Michaels. Though a model, singer, stylist and writer, Margaret is an Associate Director of Advocacy & Engagement for a Native women-led nonprofit that builds power for Indian Country by uplifting Native stories, voices, and movements on a national scale.
